Крем защитный и Лосьон очищающий.
Аналоги продукта:
- Крем защитный Coloplast (Барьер);
- Очиститель для кожи Comfeel Cleanser.
Плотности продуктов:
Крем 0.98 г/см3, Лосьон 1,00 г/см3.
Необходимы один реактор на 100 л полезного объема с нагревом до 85 град, второй на 150 л полезного объема с нагревом до 85 град, охлаждением и гомогенизаторы. Крем обратной эмульсии готовится в двух реакторах фазы А и В, в финальной стадии смешивается в реакторе150 л с гомогенизатором. Фаза А крема (реактор 100л): вода смешивается с компонентами до полного растворения, контроль рН, нагрев до 85 град. Фаза В крема (реактор 150л): загрузка компонентов, нагрев до 85 град, расплавленная масса перемешивается заданное время. При перемешивании фаза А (реактор 100л) вводится в реактор фазы В (реактор 150л), гомогенизируется, охлаждается при перемешивании, гомогенизируется с меньшей температурой, выгружается при 25 град.
Лосьон планируем готовить в реакторе, который на 150 л: загрузка воды, нагрев до 45 град, добавление компонентов, перемешивание, охлаждение, поэтапная загрузка и перемешивание остальных компонентов (4 этапа), измерение рН готового продукта и его регулировка, выгрузка продукта.
Т.е. реактор на 150 л планируем использовать и для производства крема и для производства лосьона с предварительной очисткой. Компоненты из реактора А в реактор В нужно перекачивать насосом, необходимо подобрать. Необходимо также подобрать насосы для откачки готового продукта. Добавление компонентов, кроме воды - в ручную через бункер. Загрузка вертикальная.

2. The product density is 0.98 g/cm3 for cream and 1.00 g/cm3 for lotion.

3. One reactor is required for every 100 liters of effective volume, heated to 85 degrees, and one reactor is required for every 150 liters of effective volume, heated to 85 degrees, cooled and homogenized.

4. Prepare anti emulsion cream in two A-grade and B-grade reactors, and finally mix with homogenizer in a 150 liter reactor.

5. Cream stage A (reactor 100L): Mix water and ingredients until completely dissolved, control pH value, and heat to 85 degrees.

6. face cream phase (reactor 150L): put the component into it, heat it to 85 ℃, and mix the melt within the specified time. When stirring, introduce phase A (100L reactor) into phase B (150L reactor) for homogenization, cool during stirring, homogenize at low temperatures, and unload at 25 degrees Celsius.

7. The lotion is planned to be prepared in a 150 liter reactor: fill water, heat it to 45 degrees, add ingredients, stir, cool it, fill and stir the remaining ingredients in stages (4 steps), measure the pH value of the finished product, adjust the product, and unload the product.

1. Use a 100 liter stainless steel reactor and a 150 liter stainless steel reactor.

3. According to the customer's production process requirements, perform heating, cooling, stirring and other operations.

4. Prepare anti emulsion cream in reaction vessel A, and then mix with homogenizer in reaction vessel B.

5. Transport the finished product to the storage container through a pump.

1. Use an expensive homogenizer instead of a reactor for chemical reactions.

2. Homogenizers can conduct chemical reactions more efficiently and improve production efficiency.

The use of homogenizers can reduce batch differences in the production process and improve product quality.
