1. Use both 1L*100 and 2 L*100 flask in the same machine

2. Lifting method - manual

3. Temp. of chiller - commonly used , ice cold

4. A vacuum pump, chiller and cover along with evaporator. Include the model of the evaporator.

5. Evaporator will be used for smaller round bottom flask also. 100ml*100, 250ml*100 and 500 ml*100 round bottom flasks also. Have to include glass tube extender and manifold so that we can use smaller RBF in the same tank.

6. Two hundred pieces of reflux condenser, coiled and bulb types, 24/29 , about 30 to 45 mm long, to use in the heater mantle.

15L desktop vacuum pump, 5L cooling circulator and 2L rotary evaporator are a set of equipment combinations for laboratory scientific research, which are commonly used in organic synthesis, chemical analysis, drug preparation and other fields.

 

15L Desktop Vacuum Pump: Desktop vacuum pump is a device used to generate and maintain the required vacuum degree in the laboratory. It can exhaust the gas in the container through the pumping system, thus creating a low-pressure environment inside the container. 15L refers to the pumping rate of the bench vacuum pump, that is, 15 liters of gas can be pumped per minute. It is usually equipped with a vacuum collection bottle made of stainless steel or glass, and has the functions of vacuum adjustment and safety protection.

 

5L Cooling Circulator: Chiller  is a device for providing a stable low-temperature environment, which is often used to control the temperature of the reaction system. 5L refers to the capacity of the cooling circulator, that is, it can hold 5 liters of coolant. Chiller usually use refrigerants (such as liquid nitrogen or refrigerant R404A) to reduce the temperature, and circulate the cooling liquid to the equipment or reaction container that needs to be cooled by circulating pump.

2L rotary evaporator: Rotary evaporator is a kind of equipment used to remove solvents or concentrate samples, which is often used in experiments such as chemical synthesis, separation and purification. 2L refers to the capacity of the rotary evaporator, that is, it can hold 2 liters of liquid at most. The rotary evaporator heats and evaporates the solution under vacuum by rotating the round-bottomed flask at the bottom of the bottle, thus realizing the rapid removal of the solvent and the concentration of the sample.

 

100ml,250ml and 500ml round-bottom flasks can be divided into one-mouth, two-mouth and three-mouth circles, which are suitable for different types of experimental reactions.

  • Single-mouth round bottom flask: Single-mouth flask is usually used for basic chemical synthesis and reaction. It is suitable for conventional experimental operations such as solvent reaction, material mixing and dissolution. A single-mouth flask can be heated, stirred and temperature controlled through an interface.
  • Two-necked round-bottomed flask: Two-necked flask is often used in experiments that require simultaneous feeding and exhausting, such as gas phase reaction or gas release experiment. One of the ports can be used for feeding or adding reaction substances, and the other port is used for exhausting generated gas or connecting to other devices, such as a condenser or a collecting bottle.
  • Three-necked round-bottomed flask: A three-necked flask is usually used for experiments that require simultaneous feeding, venting and stirring. It is suitable for complex reaction systems, such as multi-step reaction, organic synthesis and gas-liquid phase reaction. Two of the ports can be used for feeding and exhausting, while the third port is used for stirring or controlling temperature.

Snake-shaped condenser tube: The snake-shaped condenser tube is composed of several curved parts, which is shaped like a snake.

 

  • It provides a longer condensation path and increases the condensation area, thus improving the condensation efficiency.
  • It is suitable for experiments that need stronger condensation ability or deal with high temperature gas.
  • Because of its long structure, the snake-shaped condenser tube may be slightly inconvenient to operate and clean.

Straight-mouth condenser tube: Straight-mouth condenser tube is the most common type, which has a straight pipe and is usually used for standard condensation operation.

  • Simple structure and easy manufacture and use.
  • The condensation effect is good, which is suitable for most general experimental needs.
  • It can be easily connected and fixed with other equipment (such as flask, reaction kettle, etc.) through connectors.

 

Spherical condenser tube: The main feature of spherical condenser tube is that there is a spherical part at the end of straight condenser tube.

  • Providing a larger condensation area is helpful to improve the condensation effect.
  • It is suitable for experiments that need high condensation efficiency or deal with a large number of gases.
  • The spherical part can provide an additional condensation path and reduce the backflow of droplets.
