The following is the product demand list of North American customers

1. Product name: glass reaction kettle and temperature control system

2. Quantity: 4 sets, including 2 sets for 100L jacketed glass reactor and 2 sets for 20L glass reaction kettle.

3. Application: Synthesis reaction of raw materials.

4. Parameters

(1) With stirring motor, the stirring speed can be adjusted and the numerical value can be displayed;

(2) Double-layer glass with jacket, which can be injected with heat conducting medium to adjust the temperature;

(3) At least 6 mouths, convenient for feeding, and equipped with stirring, condensing device, dropping device, exhaust device and temperature display meter;

(4) At least three matched high and low temperature integrated machines are equipped to provide the high and low temperature reaction temperatures of the reaction kettle, and at least one integrated machine is explosion-proof;

(5) The faucet at the outlet of the reaction kettle should be made of PTFE with strong acid and alkali resistance;

(6) Paddle stirring is adopted, and the lower the stirring blade is, the better, and the liquid medicine can be rotated even when the equipment is fully loaded;

(7) Temperature tolerance range of glass: -30~200

(8) Working medium: heat-conducting silicone oil;

(9) The stirring device of the reaction kettle can be adjusted and displayed, and the temperature of the high-low temperature integrated machine can be adjusted and displayed;

(10) The overall structural design and layout meet the requirements of the new GMP, and the supporting glass reaction kettle is composed of the main body of the glass reaction kettle, the stirring motor, the fixed frame, the high-low temperature integrated machine and supporting pipelines.

 

According to the requirements of customers, the production requirements of AchievChem equipment are as follows:

1. The outer surface should be smooth, bright and clean, no scratch, no rust, easy to clean.

2. The material of the sealing device used does not change chemically with drugs and does not adsorb drugs.

3. The motors used for explosion-proof products shall be explosion-proof motors, and the fans used for air inlet device and exhaust device shall be explosion-proof fans. And equipped with components are made according to explosion-proof requirements.

4. Pipe connection should be correct, the working pressure pipe should be well sealed, no leakage.

5. The surface of the parts in direct contact with drugs should be smooth and smooth, and the heat transfer medium pipeline should be resistant to high and low temperatures and have a protective cover.

6. Lubrication system should not cause pollution to drugs or containers.

7. The stirring motor should be matched with the reaction kettle, and the material of the sealing device used does not change chemically with the drugs and does not adsorb the drugs.

8. Mixer shaft seal should be airtight, mixing should be no debris generated and dropped.

9. Glass reactor bracket should be able to effectively fix the glass reactor and its supporting mixing motor.

10. Thermometer probe should be extended into the reaction kettle, and can be as close as possible to the bottom of the reaction kettle under the condition of ensuring that it will not affect the stirring.

11. Equipped with a set of condensation, reflux and distillation function of condensation device. There should be a set of control system that can control fittings by controlling valves.

12. Electrical system connection and wiring, wires, buttons, indicator lights, display identification, warning signs and project code should comply with the provisions of GB5226.1-2002.

13. The operation panel of electrical system should adopt explosion-proof control box.

14. The insulation resistance between all power circuit wires and protective grounding circuits in the electrical system under 500V DC voltage should be greater than 1Mn.

15. In the electrical system, all circuit wires and protective grounding circuits should be subjected to voltage shock with a frequency of 50Hz and a voltage of 1000V for at least 1s without breakdown, except for circuits intended to work or with a voltage lower than PELV.

16. The equipment supplier shall guide the buyer to lay cables, signal lines and pipelines, and the equipment supplier shall be responsible for wiring.

17. Exposed rotating parts should be installed protective cover, dangerous parts should be equipped with clear, eye-catching and durable safety warning signs.

18. Adopt an assembly structure that is easy to disassemble to improve the simplicity of maintenance and specification replacement.
