01. Laboratory Magnetic Stirrer
1. Mixer does not start or the speed is unstable.
Cause: It may be a power failure, a damaged motor, or a misalignment between the stirrer and the magnetometer.
The solution: Ensure a stable power supply, check the motor status regularly, and adjust the magnetometer position to ensure alignment.
2. The mixer falls off or does not work.
Cause: The connection between the agitator and the magneton may be loose, or the magnetic properties of the magneton may be weakened.
Solution: Check the connection between agitator and magneton regularly to ensure tight; Replace the magnetometer if necessary.
3. Mixer noise is too high.
Cause: May be bearing wear, motor abnormalities, or stirrer and container friction.
Solution: Check bearing and motor status to ensure proper clearance between mixer and container.
4. Stirrer overheating.
Cause: the motor may be overloaded, or poor heat dissipation.

02. Laboratory Heating Mantle
1. The first time the electric heater is used, white smoke is emitted.

2. The heating jacket is not evenly heated.
