The working principle of the tablet press machine mainly includes the following steps:

Material feeding: The powdered or granular material is fed into the mold chamber of the tablet press through the feed opening. This process ensures that the material is homogeneous and of the right size to ensure that the subsequent pressing work can be carried out smoothly.

Pressure Regulation: Tablet presses are usually equipped with pressure sensors and control systems that allow for precise pressure regulation based on set parameters. By adjusting the pressure, it can ensure that the quality of the tablets produced is uniform and the density is appropriate.

Mold Vibration: During the pressing process, the mold undergoes minor vibrations. This step helps the material to fully fill the mold chambers and flatten the tablet surface.

Tablet Release: Once the tablet has been pressed, the tablet press removes the tablet from the mold through a release system. The release system is usually pneumatic or mechanical to ensure that the tablets can be removed from the mold without damage.

Collecting the finished product: Finally, the tablet press collects the demolded tablets into designated containers or conveyor belts for subsequent packaging and transportation.
