Description

◆ Extraction vessel: An extractor is a container used to mix hemp particles with a solvent to begin the extraction process. Usually made of corrosion-resistant materials with sufficient capacity and sealing to ensure sufficient contact between solvents and hemp particles.
◆ Separation funnel: This is a conical glass or plastic vessel used to isolate and separate the liquid layer between the solvent and the extract. By opening the valve of the separation funnel, two liquids can be layered in the funnel and separated by excluding the lower liquid.
Distillation apparatus: The distillation apparatus is the core component of the molecular distillation process, usually including the following parts:

◆ Heat source: The distillation process requires a heat source to provide the necessary heating energy. The heat source can be an electric heating plate, hot water bath, or other heating device to ensure that the mixture in the evaporation container reaches the evaporation temperature.
