Raw material preparation
The main ingredients of compressed biscuits include wheat flour,sugar,grease,food additives(such as leavening agents,emulsifiers,etc.),and water or other liquid ingredients.

Raw material molding

Common faults and solutions
Failure to turn on or abnormal shutdown after turning on
The reason
Protection devices are not working properly,such as lubrication protection,pressure overload protection,door and window security protection,etc.
Main motor or feed motor overload.

Stick or debris
The reason
Large particle viscosity and less release agent.
The particle humidity is high or the ambient humidity is high and the temperature is high.
The turntable is loose or the punching is seriously worn.
Sheet surface damage,low finish.

Add release agent or apply a coat of release agent to the mold before production.
Adjust particle humidity to reduce indoor humidity and temperature.
Tighten the turntable and repair or replace worn punches.

Other faults-In case of jacking failure
Cause:"top dead"after punching into the middle die,the machine stops running.It may be that the pressure is too large,the tablet is too strong,repeated feeding,the eccentric shell and the main shaft hole lack of oil or serious wear,the belt is too loose,the starting position is improper or the hand is not enough.
Solution:Adjust the pressure to adjust gradually can not adjust too much at a time,to avoid hard pills;Avoid repeated feeding;Keep lubrication regularly,if it has been seriously worn or"bitten",disassemble and repair immediately;Adjust the belt tightness;The hand press must be more forceful when starting or when the upper punch passes through the lowest point.

Daily Cleaning
Stop the machine and cut off the power
