Achieve Chem ultrasonic homogenizer (also called ultrasonic cell disruptor, ultrasonic processor or sonicator) uses high-intensity ultrasonic cavitation to process liquid samples. It generates powerful shock waves and microjets to break cells, disperse nanoparticles, emulsify liquids, extract active ingredients, degas, and accelerate chemical reactions. Our ultrasonic homogenizer series offers wide power options from 150W to 3000W, intelligent TFT touch control, and reliable safety protection, making it ideal for laboratory research, pilot testing, and small-scale production in biology, chemistry, pharmaceuticals, food, materials, and cosmetics.

● Real-time sample temperature display, automatic frequency tracking by microcomputer, and automatic fault alarm.
● Equipped with high-quality 7075 aluminum alloy transducer and high-purity titanium alloy horn. Industrial-grade titanium alloy horns support continuous ultrasonic operation for more than 1 hour.
● Built-in overload protection and auto-protection function to prevent the horn from damage when not immersed in liquid.
● Voice alarm for faults, over-temperature, or improper operation, providing more user-friendly and safer operation.
