At just 3.5kg and 90×240×227mm, it fits comfortably on a crowded bench or inside a fume hood, where the pilot-scale T60-Plus is oversized.
With 40N·cm of torque and a viscosity ceiling of 10,000 mPa·s, the T40-Plus is matched to light-to-medium viscosity fluids - solvents, aqueous solutions, thin adhesives, coatings, and reagent blends up to 30L (H₂O). Typical users include QC labs running routine sample prep, R&D benches formulating small batches before scale-up, and workshops mixing paints, resins, or chemical solutions in volumes under 30L.

The programmable timer (1 minute–99 hours 59 minutes) is commonly used for unattended overnight homogenization runs, while the 0.1℃-accurate external temperature probe supports temperature-critical reactions such as emulsification or controlled crystallization.
Overload protection, a parameter safety lock, and a transformer-free electrical design keep operation safe during long unattended runs, while
the tool-free quick-release chuck lets you swap stirring shafts between batches in seconds - useful when alternating between propeller and paddle
