Working Principle of Lab Spray Dryer
Liquid raw materials are transported to the atomizing nozzle by peristaltic pump, atomized into tiny droplets under compressed air.Droplets contact with hot air flow inside the drying chamber for instant heat exchange and moisture evaporation.Finally, dry powder is collected by cyclone separator, and waste gas is discharged after filtration, completing continuous spray drying process.
