- Avoid prolonged high-speed operation and excessive high-pressure and high-temperature operations.

- If the vacuum level is too low, pay attention to checking the airtightness of all joints, vacuum pipes, and glass bottles.
- Connect a nitrogen balloon to the exhaust port, first pass a burst of nitrogen gas to exhaust the air in the rotary evaporator, and then connect the sample bottle for rotary evaporation. After steaming, release nitrogen gas to boost pressure, then turn off the pump, and then remove the sample bottle and seal it.
- It is recommended to carefully check the instrument before use, whether the glass bottle is damaged, whether the interfaces match, and pay attention to handling with care. Use a soft cloth (which can be replaced by a napkin) to wipe each interface, and then apply a small amount of vacuum grease. After using vacuum grease, it is necessary to cover it well to prevent dust and sand from entering. Each interface should not be tightened too tightly, and it should be loosened regularly to avoid long-term locking that may cause the connector to bite. Turn on the power switch first, then let the machine run from slow to fast. When stopping, make sure the machine is in a stopped state, and then turn off the switch. The PTFE switches in various places should not be tightened too tightly, as it is easy to damage the glass.
