ACHIEVE CHEM is a professional manufacturer of stainless steel reactors. We provide customers with various types of stainless steel reactors, including conventional models, explosion-proof models, high-pressure models and customized models.
Conventional model: We provide 2L-200L stainless steel reactor, which is suitable for conventional chemical reactions, such as dissolution, mixing and heating. These reactors have excellent corrosion resistance and high temperature compression resistance, which can meet the needs of most laboratories and industrial applications.
Explosion-proof models: We also provide explosion-proof stainless steel reaction kettles, which have high safety performance and are suitable for the reaction of flammable, explosive and toxic chemicals. These reactors are equipped with explosion-proof protective covers and bursting discs, which can effectively prevent accidents.
High-pressure models: We also provide high-pressure stainless steel reactors, which can withstand the reaction under high pressure, and the maximum pressure can reach 100bar. These reactors are suitable for gas phase reaction, catalytic reaction and high pressure treatment.
Customized models: We also provide customized stainless steel reaction kettle, which can be designed and manufactured according to the specific needs of customers. We can provide customers with the most suitable reaction kettle solution according to their requirements in terms of reactants, reaction conditions, process requirements and equipment specifications.
No matter what type of stainless steel reactor you need, ACHIEVE CHEM can provide you with quality products and services according to your specific needs.
Recently, we customized 20L,30L,50L,100L with 10bar stainless steel reactors with different capacities for Dutch customers, and the customers were very satisfied with our products.
Business Process
Here is the requirements from Dutch customer, blue font is a detailed description and solution.
1. With blade stirrer (up to at least 100rpm)
Blade agitator is a kind of stirring equipment commonly used in stainless steel reaction kettle, which realizes the mixing and stirring of reactants by rotating blades.
Design principle: Bladed agitator consists of motor, shaft, blades and sealing device. The motor provides power, which is transmitted to the blades through the shaft to make them rotate. The blades are usually angled, which can effectively mix and stir the reactants up and down, left and right and radially.
Rotational speed range: The rotational speed range of a paddle agitator is generally above 100 rpm, and the specific rotational speed can be adjusted according to the nature of reactants and reaction conditions. Higher rotating speed can provide stronger stirring effect and help to mix reactants quickly and evenly.
Blade type: There are many types of blades with blade agitator, such as plane blades, inclined blades and paddle blades. Different types of blades are suitable for different reactants and stirring requirements. For example, flat blades are suitable for stirring viscous liquids, while inclined blades are suitable for stirring gas-liquid reactions.
Mixing effect: The blade agitator can provide uniform mixing effect, and disperse the solid particles or liquid in the reactant evenly. The shear force and turbulent effect produced by the rotation of blades are helpful to accelerate the dissolution, reaction rate and mass transfer process.
Sealing device: Because there are usually high temperature, high pressure or toxic chemicals in the reaction kettle, the agitator with blades needs to have good sealing performance. Common sealing devices include mechanical seal and packing seal, which can effectively prevent the leakage of reactants.
2. 20L-100L
We can provide 20L, 30L, 50L,100L ss reactors.
3. Heating jacket
The heating layer of the stainless steel reaction kettle is located between the shell and the inner container of the reaction kettle, and is used to provide a heat source for heating the reactants. The heating layer can adopt a variety of heating methods, including electric heating, steam heating, heat transfer oil heating and water circulation heating.
4. 150°C, it needs to have a heating jacket
At 150°C, it is necessary to use heat transfer oil as the heating medium, and heat the heat transfer oil circularly through the heating sleeve and conduct it to the heating layer of the reaction kettle. Heat transfer oil has high thermal conductivity and can effectively transfer heat to reactants. Heat transfer oil heating needs to be equipped with corresponding heat transfer oil circulation system, heater and temperature control device.
5. 10 bar pressure

The kettle body can withstand the pressure of 10bar, and two main changes have been made.
First, the kettle cover is changed to flange fixation. By fixing the kettle cover with the flange, it can be ensured that safety accidents such as leakage or explosion will not occur during the operation of the kettle. Flange connection mode has strong sealing and bearing capacity, which can effectively prevent medium leakage and pressure out of control.
Second, the magnetic stirring port is sealed. Apply a layer of lubricating oil on the surface of the seal to facilitate the rotation of the mixing shaft and improve the sealing effect. Adjust the compression strength of the seal to make it completely fit the container wall, and at the same time, it is not too tight or loose.
In order to ensure the safety of the product in use, the pressure test will be carried out before leaving the factory.
According to the design requirements or equipment specifications, determine the pressure value of the pressurization test. Usually, the test pressure will be slightly higher than the normal working pressure of the equipment to ensure that the seal can be effectively sealed under normal working conditions. After the test pressure is determined, the reactor is pressurized by the corresponding pressure device, so that its internal pressure gradually rises to the test pressure value.
In the process of pressurization, it is necessary to carefully observe whether there is gas leakage in the reaction kettle and its surroundings, especially at the sealing parts. Soap water or other leak detectors can be used to spray at potential leak points and observe whether bubbles are generated to judge whether there is a leak.
6. Lower pressure to 20mbar
Equipped with a vacuum pump, the gas in the stainless steel reaction kettle is pumped out, thus creating a reaction environment of 20mbar.
