A chemical glass reactor is a type of chemical reaction vessel built from glass or other non-metallic materials, valued for its excellent chemical stability and corrosion resistance. Because the vessel body is transparent or semi-transparent, operators can directly observe the reaction process. Maintenance & Inspection Guide
Inspection agitator

1) Appearance inspection
Observe whether the agitator blade is complete, without damage or deformation.
Check whether the gap between the agitator blade and the kettle wall is uniform to avoid too large or too small gap affecting the mixing effect.

2) Fastening condition
Check whether the fastening bolts of the agitator are loose and ensure that the agitator will not vibrate or make noise due to loose operation.

3) Rotation flexibility
In the case of power failure, manually rotate the stirring shaft to check whether the stirrer rotates flexibly and has no stuck phenomenon.
Mixing Shaft
1) Sealing condition
confirm the seal between the shaft and tank body is intact and leak-free (packing/mechanical seals)
2) Wear condition
Observe whether the surface of the mixing shaft is worn or corroded, and replace or repair it if necessary.
3) Pendulum momentum check
excessive momentum may indicate bearing or sliding-sleeve wear needing replacement.

check for smooth running and normal oil level.
2) Coupling
check firm connection and inspect surface for wear or cracks.

1) Motor operation
Start the motor and observe whether it runs smoothly without abnormal vibration or noise.
Check whether the current value of the motor is within the rated range to avoid overload operation.
2) Motor temperature
Touch the motor housing with your hand to check if it is overheating. If the motor overheats, it may mean that the heat dissipation is poor or the load is too large, and measures need to be taken to solve it.

1) Mixing speed control
Check whether the mixing speed control system works properly and can accurately adjust the mixing speed.
2) Fault alarm
Check whether the control system has a fault alarm function, such as stirrer overload, motor overheating and other abnormal conditions, can send alarm signals in time.

Storage & Handling Recommendations
- Cleaning and drying - thoroughly clean inner/outer walls before storage, rinse and dry completely; apply anti-rust treatment to metal parts.
- Storage environment - dry, ventilated location away from direct sunlight and humidity; avoid stacking; choose a flat, stable position since the support stand's universal wheels provide limited stability even with foot locks engaged.
- Regular inspection - periodically check sealing components, valves, pressure/temperature gauges, distillation port and electrical fittings; keep the surface clean during storage.
