Host:i ncluding motor,transmission device and control panel,etc.,used to control the rotation speed and heating power of the rotating bottle.
Rotating bottle: usually made of glass or stainless steel,with a capacity of 20 liters to hold the solution to be treated.

Usage:

Filling:use the system vacuum negative pressure,no need to stop,liquid material can be in the filling port with a hose into the rotary bottle,liquid material should not be more than half of the rotary bottle.The liquid material should not be more than half of the rotary bottle.When adding material,you should pay attention to slowly open the cork of the feeding tube to prevent backflow.
Heating:This instrument is equipped with a specially designed lifting water bath,which must be energized after adding water first,and dry burning is strictly prohibited.The water in the water bath should be added so that the rotating bottle is immersed in water 1/3 to 1/2.
Monitoring process:regularly observe the state of the solution in the rotating bottle and pay attention to the changes in temperature and vacuum.Adjust the rotating speed and heating power in time to maintain good evaporation effect.
