The working principle of the pill machine mainly involves three steps: feeding, compression, and demolding. Firstly, the drug raw materials are added to the mold through a feeder; Then, the mold compresses the drug raw materials into tablets under rotation or pressure; Finally, remove the tablet from the mold through a demolding mechanism. Throughout the entire process, the product needs to ensure precise control of parameters such as the shape, size, and weight of the tablets to ensure the quality and stability of the medication.

 

1. Feeding process:

The pharmaceutical raw materials are first placed into the hopper.
The drug raw materials are quantitatively distributed to the feeding port of the compression template through the material barrel or drug delivery mechanism.

2. Drug dispensing and measurement:

In the drug delivery system, the drug powder is adjusted by a dispensing device to ensure uniformity and stability of tablet compression by adjusting its parameters such as water content, viscosity, and density.

3. Suppression process:

4. Demolding and dispensing:

After it is pressed inside the mold, it is pushed out of the middle mold hole through a specific demolding mechanism (as shown below).
It flows out of the dispensing device and enters the next process for processing, such as packaging and quality inspection.

Basic steps of demolding operation
