Description
Technical Parameters
Electric peristaltic pump is a kind of equipment through the peristaltic way to achieve fluid transport, its internal is mainly composed of the driver, peristaltic pump head and hose three parts, its working principle is through the rotation of the driver to produce peristaltic wave, the peristaltic pump head in the hose periodic compression and recovery, so as to achieve the fluid in the hose directional flow. When the hose is compressed, the fluid is squeezed out; As the hose recovers, fluid is sucked in. This peristaltic conveying method has the advantages of stable flow and high precision. It is a fluid conveying equipment with stable flow, high precision, good sealing and simple maintenance. It has wide application prospect in many fields.
This peristaltic pump uses a motor to drive rollers or cams to periodically squeeze the elastic hose, forming a "peristaltic" motion to promote the flow of the liquid. Its core advantage lies in the fact that the liquid only comes into contact with the inner wall of the hose, and other components of the pump body do not come into direct contact with the medium, fundamentally avoiding the risk of cross-contamination. This valveless design enables the pump body to have self-priming capability, allowing it to handle fluids containing particles or with high viscosity, and has extremely low shear force. It is particularly suitable for the transportation of sensitive media.
Specifications

Regular maintenance cycle
Before and after each use, the peristaltic pump should be checked briefly, including checking whether each pipeline is smooth, whether the hose joint is loose, and whether the manual rotation of the pump head and the roller are flexible.
Every 200 hours of operation or one month (depending on the situation), the external dust of the pump should be removed.
After a long time of use, the pump head should be cleaned in time to avoid liquid entering the roller of the pump head to cause corrosion.
Every 100 to 200 hours or a month (depending on the situation), check the rubber binding and rotating parts, such as wear, aging, deformation, fracture and other phenomena, should be replaced in time.
Check the pressure block on the pump head regularly. If the upper pressure block is found to be rough and uneven, it should be replaced immediately to avoid greater wear on the hose.
In order to keep the roller in good lubrication condition, the roller bearing should be injected with grease lubrication every six months or so.
Change the water, oil, and oil seal regularly, and clean the filter, generally every 600 hours of operation or three months (depending on the situation).
Regular maintenance of the motor to check the power supply voltage, current and insulation, generally every 1000 hours of operation or three months (depending on the situation).
Maintenance under special circumstances

Harsh use environment
If the peristaltic pump is used in extreme temperature, humidity or corrosive environment, the maintenance period should be shortened to ensure the normal operation of the pump.
Special transmission media
When the transmission medium is corrosive, flammable and explosive or high viscosity, the maintenance and maintenance of the peristaltic pump should be strengthened, and the damaged parts should be replaced in time to avoid failure.

Long-term storage and maintenance
Cleaning and drying:
If the peristaltic pump needs to be stored for a long time, the pump head should be disassembled, the other liquids in the pump body should be dried, and the lubricating oil in the connection of the pump head and the drive and the relevant connection parts of the motor bearing should be fully filled.
Storage environment:
Store the peristaltic pump in a dry, well-ventilated environment at room temperature, avoid humidity, high temperature or direct sunlight.

Select the test sample
Select the hose from the electric peristaltic pump to be tested as the test sample. Ensure that the length, inside diameter, outside diameter and other parameters of the sample meet the test requirements.
Prepare test equipment
Prepare a test equipment that can simulate the working state of the peristaltic pump, including the peristaltic pump driver, fluid container, flow meter, etc. At the same time, prepare the necessary measuring tools, such as vernier calipers, electronic scales, etc.
Set test conditions
According to the actual application scenario of the electric peristaltic pump and the manufacturer's suggestions, set test conditions, such as speed, fluid type, test time, etc.
Test steps

◆ Install the test sample: Install the selected hose sample on the test equipment to ensure that the hose fits the pump head well and there is no loosening or leakage.
◆ Start the test equipment: Start the test equipment according to the preset test conditions to make the peristaltic pump start working. During the test, pay attention to the running state and flow stability of the hose.
◆ Record test data: During the test, regularly record hose wear, flow changes and other relevant parameters. You can use vernier calipers to measure the diameter change of the hose, use electronic scales to measure the quality change of the hose, etc.
◆ Observe the hose changes: pay special attention to observe whether the hose surface wear, scratches, cracks and other signs. These signs may indicate that the hose has been damaged and has poor wear resistance.
◆ Adjustment of test conditions: The test conditions can be adjusted as needed to further evaluate the wear resistance of the hose. For example, you can increase the speed, change the fluid type, or extend the test time.
Evaluation of test results
Analysis of test data
According to the recorded test data, analyze the wear resistance of the hose. Compare hose wear under different test conditions to assess its ability to resist wear.
Judging wear resistance
Judging whether the wear resistance of the hose meets the expected requirements according to the analysis results. If the hose shows obvious signs of wear or damage during testing, it may be necessary to replace it with a more resistant hose or take other improvement measures.
Record test results
Record test results in detail, including test conditions, test data, hose wear, etc. This information helps to follow up and evaluate the wear resistance of the hose.
Precautions
◆ Safety first: In the wear resistance test, it is necessary to ensure that the safety performance of the test equipment is good to avoid accidents. At the same time, the operator should wear appropriate protective equipment, such as gloves, goggles, etc.
◆ Accurate recording: During the test process, it is necessary to accurately record all data to avoid omissions or errors. This facilitates subsequent data analysis and results evaluation.
◆ Set test conditions properly: Set test conditions properly and in accordance with actual application scenarios to ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results.
Fatigue resistance test
Test preparation
