Homogenizer is a kind of equipment widely used in food, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals and other industries, which is used to evenly mix, crush and emulsify liquid or semi-liquid substances.

The principle of homogenizer machine is that the material is sheared many times through tiny gaps or pores through high-speed rotating cutter and pressure difference, so as to achieve the functions of mixing, crushing and emulsification. It mainly includes the following parts:

 

Cutter: The homogenizer stirring unit is equipped with a high-speed rotating cutter, and its shape and structure will change according to different application requirements. Cutters can have blades, gears or other special designs for cutting materials into fine particles or dispersing them into tiny droplets.

Pressure difference: It produces high pressure or negative pressure environment, so that the material undergoes multiple shearing under the action of the cutter. This pressure difference can be provided by a pump or other pressure generating device.

Gap or pore: One or more gaps or pores are set between the cutter and the fixed parts in the product, and their sizes can be adjusted. When the material passes through the cutter, it will be forced to pass through these gaps or pores, resulting in shear force and pressure difference.

The socket must be well grounded before the emulsification equipment is used. Be careful not to connect multiple wrong grounding wires (it is forbidden to lead the grounding wires to some bad absorption, water pipes, gas pipes and lightning rods). Note: Before the homogenizer is turned on, please carefully check whether the power switch of the speed control box is in the off state and whether the speed control handwheel is in the starting position. Avoid the sudden start of the machine due to the power supply, which causes the ground to rotate clockwise, and the motor starts to start until it is adjusted to the speed required by the experiment. It is forbidden for the mixing head of the shear emulsifying machine of the machine to run away from the liquid medium to avoid damaging the bearing due to high-speed operation. If mechanical failure is caused, the stator of the working head configured in this machine should be selected according to the experimental requirements, and the low-viscosity liquid should be mixed and emulsified, and the small particles should be crushed and dissolved. Small aperture stator should be selected, and medium viscosity liquid should be mixed and emulsified.

From the heating mode, users can also choose different heating modes according to their own requirements, so what are the heating modes of vacuum emulsifier?

 

1. Steam heating mode Some users can choose steam as the heating mode of vacuum emulsifying machine because of the uniqueness of the materials produced and processed, or when there is ready-made steam at the production and processing site. The steam heating mode can also adjust the heating temperature of materials with the help of intelligent temperature control system.

2. Electric heating mode is relatively popular in many industrial production. It is a built-in functional module of vacuum emulsification machine. The temperature control system composed of temperature sensor heating medium layer and thermal insulation layer can adjust the temperature simply and conveniently, without additional hardware to configure heating equipment, which can greatly reduce the heating cost. Operation steps of vacuum emulsifying machine

1. Turn on the heating switch to preheat the pot.

2. Check the homogenizer to see if the valves are closed. When one device is started for heating, the air inlet valves of the other two devices should be closed.

3. Close and turn on the switch. First, heat the water pan and the oil pan. Open the valve before heating, and then open the intake valve.

4. When the temperature is heated to about 50°C, you can start stirring to speed up the temperature rise. When the temperature required by the process is reached, stir it again to make the material reach a uniform temperature.

5. When the temperature of water and oil reaches above 60°C, the emulsifying pot can be heated. When the emulsifying pot is turned on for heating, the water inlet valve and valve of the vacuum emulsifying machine are closed first, and then the heating valve is turned on.

6. When the emulsifying pot reaches the temperature required by the process, close all valves on the emulsifying pot. Carry out vacuum pumping. Turn on the vacuum button on the panel first when vacuuming.
